“ The application of nutrition and lifestyle medicine sciences in the promotion of health, peak performance and individual care”
— BANT
Nutritional Therapy is an individualised, scientifically supported, systems-biology- based approach to health. A wide range of diagnostic tools are used to determine and identify potential nutritional imbalances and root causes of ill health to enable us to understand how these may contribute to symptoms and health concerns.
It is relevant for individuals looking to enhance their health and wellbeing, as well as those with chronic conditions who wish to work with, or 'consult', a nutritional therapist in collaboration with other suitably qualified healthcare professionals.
The essence of nutritional therapy is its ability to consider and apply subjective and objective data unique to each individual. Lifestyle programmes are tailored to meet the nuances of each client, rather than a “one size fits all” approach.
As a Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NT), I will work with you to address your health challenges and achieve your health goals.
